- Pages visited and time spent
- Approximate geographic location (country/region level only)
- Browser and device type
- How you arrived at the site (e.g. search, direct, referral)
This data is collected via cookies set by Google. It is processed by Google under their privacy terms. No personally identifiable information is collected through GA4. GA4 does not load unless you explicitly accept analytics cookies.
Booking enquiries (Microsoft Bookings)
When you book a call through the booking form on the Book a Call page, the following data is collected and stored in Microsoft Bookings (part of Microsoft 365):
- Name
- Email address
- Any notes you provide in the booking form
- Booking date and time
This data is used solely to arrange and manage the scheduled call. It is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
This site uses two types of cookies:
- Consent cookie (tf_consent): Stores your cookie preference (accepted or declined). This is a functional cookie, not an analytics cookie. It allows the site to remember your choice.
- Google Analytics cookies: Set by GA4 only after you accept analytics cookies.
These include
_gaand_ga_[ID]cookies, used to distinguish visitors and sessions. Retention: 2 years for_ga, session duration for others.
You can change your cookie preference at any time by clearing your browser’s local storage or cookies and reloading the page. The consent banner will reappear.
Legal basis for processing
We process analytics data on the basis of your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time by declining cookies or clearing your browser data.
We process booking data on the basis of legitimate interests and the performance of a service you requested (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep your data
- GA4 analytics data: Retained for 14 months by Google (standard GA4 retention setting)
- Booking data: Retained for up to 12 months after the booking date, then deleted
